Kashmir to Ladakh

Destinations Covered: Kashmir, Sonamarag, Drass, Kargil, Leh, Pangong Lake and Nubra valley
Day 01: Arrival at Srinagar
Rest and sightseeing nearby Srinagar. Shikara ride (optional).
Day 02: Sightseeing at Srinagar: (approx 50 km)
Shankaracharya Temple, Char Chinar, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashmeshahi Garden Srinagar.
Day 03: Srinagar to kargil (215 km drive)
After early breakfast proceed to Kargil, en route visit Sonamarag, Zogila Pass, Drass , Vijay smarak (Museum of Kargil war)
Day 04: Proceed from Kargil to Leh (220 km drive)
En route visit Mulbekh, Namikla Pass, Fotula Pass, Lamayuru, Moonland, Confluence of Sindhu/Indus and Zanskar rivers, Magnetic Hills, Patthar Sahib Gurudwara
Day 05: Sightseeing at Leh (approx 40 km drive)
After Lunch, visit Hall of fame, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa and Local Market.
Day 06: Proceed from Leh to Nubra Valley (120 km drive)
Post breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs/18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 07: Proceed from Nubra to Leh (150 km drive)
Visit Sumoor Village and Samstanling Monastery and back to Leh. After an early breakfast we check out from the Camp and drive to Hunder where you have opportunity to ride on a bacterian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high altitude desert. Diskit is famous for 515 years old Buddhist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley.
Day 08: Proceed from Leh to Pangong and back to Leh (240 km drive)
Changla Pass (world third highest Motorable road), Pangong Lake. After an early breakfast we leave for Pangong Lake enroute visiting Thiksey an impressive monastery resemble to Lhasa Palace in Tibet and beautiful Thiksey valley. Next we drive further towards Changla Pass 5486 Mtrs. Enjoy the view of the Pangong lake situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). O/N Leh
Day 09: Fly back to onwards destination, with sweet memories of the tour
